For candidates: what you typed into your profile, the résumé you uploaded, the video or written introduction you recorded, the messages you exchange through Job Elf, and a record of which employers unlocked you and when.

For employers: your company details, your team's accounts, what you bought, and what you unlocked.

An employer who has spent a credit to unlock that candidate. Nobody else — not other employers, not other candidates, not visitors.

Job Elf staff reviewing a submitted video see it to check it plays, has sound, and shows the candidate. That review is logged with a reason.

A candidate can remove a company's access at any time. It takes effect immediately, including for a company that paid. They keep the record that they unlocked; they lose the media.

Job Elf HR AI reads declared skills, roles and years, certifications, qualifications parsed from the résumé, stated availability, pay expectation, location preference and languages.

It is never given a name, photograph, video, voice recording, date of birth, address, contact details, graduation dates, private messages, internal ratings, or other employers' notes. Those fields are stripped before the model is called, on every request, with no setting that turns it off.

No model analyses a face, a voice, an accent, an expression, a manner, or anything inferred about age, gender, race, religion, disability, health, family status or personality. Nothing derived from a recording enters a ranking.

AI output is a shortlist with its evidence. It is never a decision, and there is no numeric match score.

AI discovery is a separate switch from profile visibility. Turn it off and you are removed from AI suggestions while staying findable by manual search. Your visibility setting is unchanged.

You can read the exact fields the AI uses on your settings page, and correct any of them.

Messages sent through Job Elf are stored so both sides have the thread. A reply is matched to its conversation by a token in the address, never by who the message appears to come from.

We do not read your messages to rank you, train a model, or build a profile.

You can export your data or delete your account at any time from your settings.

Deleting removes your profile from Job Elf. Some information stays for a limited period in backups and in records we are required to keep — we will not claim it vanishes from every system the instant you click.

An employer's record that they unlocked a candidate survives deletion of the media, because it is the receipt for money they spent.

This is a staging environment. It contains fictional demo data. No real candidate, employer, payment or message exists in it.
