A marketplace where candidates publish a profile and an introduction, and employers buy credits to unlock the ones they want to reach.

Job Elf is not the employer. We do not vet job offers, guarantee that a role exists, or take part in the employment relationship.

A credit unlocks one candidate for your company, permanently. Unlocking the same person again never costs a second credit.

Credits do not expire. They belong to the company account, not to the person who bought them, and any seat with permission to unlock spends from the same balance.

Credits are not money and cannot be transferred between companies.

Contact a candidate outside Job Elf to avoid unlocking them. This is the most common reason an account is blocked.

Share unlocked candidate media, résumés or contact details outside your company.

Use Job Elf to advertise a role that does not exist, or to collect candidate data for any purpose other than hiring for your own company.

Make a hiring decision on a characteristic the law protects. Job Elf does not give you tools to do so and will act on reports that you did.

Publish a video of somebody who is not you, or claim qualifications you do not hold.

Include other people's personal details in your profile or recording.

We verify employer accounts before they can spend a credit. Verification confirms a real employer is behind the account; it is not an endorsement.

We may block an account that breaks these terms. Blocking stops an account spending credits. It is not itself a refund — returning money is a separate decision and is recorded separately.

Ask us. Returning money does not take back an unlock; if your team has watched a video, they have watched it.

A refund never deletes the entitlement record, because a candidate is entitled to an accurate history of who viewed them.

This is a staging environment containing fictional data. No real agreement is formed by using it.
